Policy Agreement

Student Enrollment Contract
This agreement (“Contract”) is made between Languagetogo, hereinafter referred to as the
“School,” and the undersigned student, hereinafter referred to as the “Student,” effective [Start
Date].
Lesson Schedule and Duration:
1- The School agrees to provide language lessons to the Student at the agreed-upon schedule
and duration.
Lesson Cancellation Policy:
1- Cancellation is allowed only once per month with 24 hours notice. In the event of additional
cancellations or failure to provide the required notice, the Student is responsible for the full
payment of that lesson.
Payment Terms:
1- The Student agrees to pay all fees associated with the language course as outlined in the
School’s payment schedule.
2- Payments must be made in a timely manner, and any outstanding balances may result in the
suspension of lessons until the payment is received.
Code of Conduct:
1- The Student agrees to maintain a respectful and positive attitude towards instructors and
fellow students.
2-Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary actions, including possible
suspension or termination of lessons.Any additional questions that students ask out of the
teaching time shall be replied by the teacher’s side up to 3 days lates.

Attendance and Punctuality:
1- If the Student is late for a lesson, the missed time will not be made up, and the lesson will
end at the scheduled time.
Materials and Equipment:
1- The Student is responsible for obtaining any required textbooks or materials specified by the
instructor.
2- The Student must have the necessary equipment (e.g., computer, internet connection) for
online lessons.
Confidentiality:
1- The Student agrees not to share any teaching materials provided by the teachers of the
school. All the materials are copyright.
Termination:
1- The School reserves the right to terminate lessons with a student for any violation of the
terms outlined in this Contract.
Communication:
1- The Student agrees to provide accurate contact information and promptly inform the School
of any changes.
2- The School will communicate important information, updates, and any changes in the
schedule to the Student through the provided contact details.
Dispute Resolution:
1- In case of disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing
legal action.

Language to go Teacher Employment Contract
This agreement (“Contract”) is made between Anna Yastremska, hereinafter referred to as the
“Director,” and [Teacher’s], hereinafter referred to as the “Teacher,” effective [Start Date].
Duties and Responsibilities:
1- The teacher agrees to adhere to the provided lesson schedule and ensure lessons last for the
specified duration.
2- The teacher will follow the established curriculum and use approved teaching materials
unless otherwise agreed upon with the Director.
3- The teacher is responsible for maintaining a professional and respectful demeanour with
students, colleagues, and parents.
4- The teacher is obliged to have a professional background and a quiet environment during
online lessons.
Attendance and Punctuality Policies:
1- If the teacher cancels a lesson less than 1 hour before its start, a deduction of 10 euros will
be applied to the monthly teacher’s salary.
2- If the teacher is late for a lesson, every 5 minutes will be counted as a 1 euro deduction from
the monthly salary.
Professional Conduct:
1- The teacher is expected to establish personal contact with students only in a professional
manner.
2- Attempts to arrange classes outside the school without authorization will result in
termination. Rescheduling is not included.
3- The teacher agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the school,
students, and colleagues.
4- The teacher is authorised to include their own teaching approaches and models during
lessons.
5- The teacher is not allowed to emotionally abuse students or engage in any behaviour that
may adversely affect students’ well-being.
6- The student is always right; the school is committed to fulfilling student requests within the
bounds of ethical and professional standards.
Lesson Recording and Payment:
1- Failure to record a lesson in the Lessons Report including the pages and materials covered
during the lesson, as well as homework will result in non-payment for that lesson.
Compensation and Benefits:
1- The teacher will be paid the full lesson amount if no students appear without advance notice.
2- The teacher is entitled to request payment for any necessary app subscriptions required for
their lessons.
Professional Development:
1- The Director may provide opportunities for professional development, including workshops,
training sessions, and conferences.
2- The teacher is encouraged to actively participate in professional development activities to
enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
Additional Legal Premises:
1- Termination of this contract requires [4 weeks] notice from either party unless otherwise
agreed upon in writing.
2- The teacher is responsible for ensuring a safe learning environment and reporting any safety
concerns promptly to the Director.
3- In case of disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing
legal action.
